Arizona elevator and escalator codes
The State of Arizona AZ Division of Occupational Safety and Health Elevator Section oversees all elevators in the State of Arizona. The State of Arizona AZ Elevator Section utilizes Rules found in the Administrative Code Title 23 Chapter 2 Article 12 and oversee inspections of elevators pursuant to the Arizona Elevator Rules and Arizona Elevator Act. The Arizona Elevator Program may issue cease-and-desist orders are issued without monetary penalties.
