Nebraska elevator and escalator codes
The State of Nebraska NE Department of Labor Elevator Inspection Section oversees all elevators in the State of Nebraska. The Nebraska Elevator Section uses Sections 48-418 through 48-418.14 of the state elevator law and requires that all freight and passenger elevators in the State be inspected in accordance with the law.
